French Bleu Acres is a minority, family-owned registered commercial farm with a strong sense of family-life balance by encouraging clean, healthy eating by maintaining a sustainable way of living through farming and supporting local, organically grown produce. We're also strong bias on generating additional income from Agritourism aspects of farming while maintaining a sustainable way of living on a farm.

French Bleu Acres is founded by Angela French and Shawneen Jones, who grew up hearing the stories about their grandfather & grandmother Frank & Julia French, who had a small plot of land and grew their own vegetables to feed their eleven children and several other families in the small coal-mining community in WV. This is the foundation for what helped to bring about their inspiration in the farming industry. As entrepreneurs, Angela has experience working at various capacities within the Agriculture & customer service industry and Shawneen brings years of experiences in business and travel in the United States of America. Combing both of theses Women's talents and ideas can bring endless possibilities into this new journey.

For many generations past and some present today, family farms have provided sustenance for small communities across the country. As the price of produce increases at an alarming rate and families find that the availability of healthy produce becomes scarce, our family has chosen to take matters into our own hands and use our hands to grow our own. French Bleu Acres is expected to become a 12+ acre farm land that hosts family-oriented attractions and activities for visitors between the months of March and October. In addition to feeding America's families at French Bleu Acres there are many different opportunities to entertain the entire family all the while learning the importance of family farm sustainability. We will also offer tourists/guests the chance to work hands-on participation in learning what it takes to maintain a sustainable farm. We aim to be a client-focused and result driven Agritourism business that provides excellent treatment and broad-based experience at an affordable fee that won’t in any way put a hole in the pocket of our clients. We are aware that while revenue and education are often primary drivers for farmers to diversify and invite guests onto their property, we will ensure that safety is always a top priority to us.

At French Bleu Acres, our client’s best interest would always come first, and everything we do is guided by our values and professional ethics. Which is why our visitors are greeted with a beautiful building that will house a café and souvenir shop. We will ensure that we hire professionals who are well experienced in this thriving industry.
